CTP has bought from businessman Dan Șucu the logistics center of the furniture and decoration retailer Mobexpert near Bucharest, in a “sale and lease back” type contract valued at about 14 million euros. The logistics center has an area of over 30,000 square meters and was built in 2009 following an investment of 10 million euros. The four buildings of the warehouse are built on a plot of about 6.2 hectares. Mobexpert remains the tenant of the project and will be provided, if necessary, adjacent space in another CTP project.
