In a deal worth about €40m, CTP completed its acquisition of Prologis Park Bucharest A1, which has been renamed CTPark Bucharest West.
The project includes four warehouse properties with a total leasable area of more than 100,000 sqm as well as 36 ha of land for custom-built projects. The site is located across the street from an existing CTP property with direct access to the A1 motorway.
Tenants include Geodis, Cargo Partner, Kuehne Nagel and Gefco. Quehenberger recently signed a 20,000 sqm lease. CTPark Bucharest West is now more than 95 percent leased.
