CTP has delivered for FineStore, the largest online liquor store in Romania, a warehouse of almost 10,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest North, located in the Ștefănești – Afumați area in the north of Bucharest.
FineStore joins other names active in e-commerce such as Sezamo, Mobexpert, Micul Fermier and other companies such as DSV or Tuborg, present in the CTPark Bucharest North project.
“CTPark Bucharest North has positioned itself as a new logistics hub for the Romanian e-commerce market, the proximity of the industrial park to Bucharest and the qualified local workforce attracting several e-commerce companies to the project. The park covers various types of industrial and logistics spaces, from temperature-controlled to dedicated e-commerce areas,” said Ana Dumitrache, managing director of CTP Romania.
