After being sidelined by the financial crisis, CTP has restarted its CEE expansion plans. The warehouse developer is building a factory near the city of Turda in Romania for the automotive supplier Fränkische. CTP already developed a plant for the company in Okříšky in the Czech Republic. Remon Vos, CTP’s CEO, told the server e15 that his company is preparing two other industrial parks in Romania. CTP has set up an office in Slovenia and is looking for opportunities around the CE region. The majority of CTP’s portfolio assets are currently located in the Czech Republic, and the company is looking to expand its reach. Vos also looks open to selling part of the CTP portfolio.
