In response to high market demand for A+ logistics, CTP broke ground on a new 60,000 sqm building at CTPark Bucharest West. Costs are expected to hit €35m and completion is set for the second quarter of next year.
“The building will be developed on the same high technical standards and is designed in conjunction with expanding business parks,” says Marian Orzu, head of leasing and business development at CTP Romania.
