CTP is strengthening its presence in Prague. Having acquired Airport Logistic Park near Václav Havel Airport Prague for €25m, the developer is reportedly in negotiations with AFI Europe and ProDelta to purchase D8 European Park at exit 9 from D8 motorway outside Prague, according to the server e15. For now, it writes, the park offers one 20,000 sqm warehouse, with permits available for another two buildings of similar size. Market sources also say that CTP is targeting Prague’s office market and that it has its eyes trained on Nové Butovice.
