CTP expands CTZone Brno

14 September 2012

CTP started construction on an additional 10,000 sqm of space at CTZone Brno, a business park it has been developing on the site of a former starch factory in the city of Brno. The new addition, to offer a combination of office, warehouse, production and retail space, should be completed next spring and will cost CTP €20m. The local company Geodis has already signed a lease contract for 40 percent of the newly built space. Since it commenced in 2006, CTZone Brno has attracted more than 30 tenants, including companies like Activa and Akzo Nobel. CTP’s CEO Remon Vos said the project targets medium to small businesses and the space is also suitable for shared service centers, call centers and design centers.
