CTP Invest and BRE will collaborate to implement BREEAM In-Use International standards across the entire CTP Invest portfolio of industrial buildings in 2019 and 2020. The BREEAM In-Use scheme provides science-based sustainability certification that allows CTP to measure, manage, track and enhance the operation of all of the assets in its portfolio. The BREEAM In-Use digital platform will quickly allow the company to compare the performance of assets across territories so that asset managers can learn from each other and make improvements.
