CTP is planning to double the leasable area of its logistics spaces in Transylvania by 2023 by investing €50m into the expansion of its parks in Timisoara. In particular, an additional 57,300 sqm will be added to CTPark Timisoara II logistics park. The property’s first building, offering 32,200 sqm of space, has already been leased. CTP will break ground on the next 17,000 sqm phase this fall, with completion scheduled for March. The third phase involves an area of 40,300 sqm, which is set for delivery at the end of 2023. CTPark Timisoara II is located near CTPark Timisoara I, the first logistics park developed by CTP in the western part of the country, with a total leasable area of 10,000 sqm.
