CTP invests EUR 2,6 million in a community center, Clubhaus, which includes a canteen, a convenience store and a medical point. The Clubhause will also offer 3 meeting rooms, an amphitheatre, a bar for events, a pizza area and a canteen – facilities for the entire community in the park. This is also the place for the new CTP offices. The total area of Clubhaus is 1,290 sqm and it is located at CTPark Bucharest West.
CTPark Bucharest West is the largest industrial park in Bucharest, but also in Romania and in the region, developed following an initial investment of 150 million euros. The construction of the park, located at the most important central node in the Bucharest area, began in 2015, and in recent years it has evolved from a big box warehouse to a growing business community.
