CTP is accelerating construction plans started this year. In Romania, the company aims to complete the construction of buildings with a total area of over 330,000 sqm by the end of 2021.
“Now we have projects of about EUR 220 million under construction, some close to completion, others at the beginning. The budget increased by about 10 percent because we have new clients and we resumed projects that were on-hold such as the one in Ştefăneşti – Bucharest North and we overtook some that were scheduled for 2021. There we have a construction in five phases, the first was last year, the second and third phases were scheduled for this year, and now we are doing the fourth and fifth phase, another 50,000 sqm. We also started a new project in Timişoara, Timişoara 4, for a new client “, said Valentin Roşu, regional development director, CTP Romania.
“The target for 2021 with the new constructions is to reach 2 million sqm. At the international level, our target is to reach 10 million sqm by 2023. Now we have over 6 million sqm “, added Valentin Roşu.
