In a move that signals new expansion on the Hungarian market, CTP has named Rudolf Nemes as its new country manager as of January 8. His remit will be to speed up the growth of the business and to strengthen CTP’s Hungarian platform to ensure that growth. That includes setting up a team on the ground and improving communications with departments outside of Hungary. Nemes studied economis in Budapest and as headed up several departments at financial institutions and developers.
“I expect that further hiring’s will follow in 2018 with the effect that the local portfolio will grow with more than 25 percent, and the profitability/efficiency of the operation will improve as well,” said Nemes. “Currently the team will be focusing on leasing CTPark Komárom with 50.000 m2 lettable spaces and CTPark Székesfehérvár where 20.000 m2 are still available for lease.” His new senior business developer, István Pozderka, assumed the position on Jan. 1.
