CTP recruited Gijs Klomp, former head of investment properties at real estate consulting firm CBRE, for the position of group head of procurement on its entire regional portfolio, according to CTP. During his time at CBRE, Gijs Klomp was involved in the acquisition of the Campus 6.2 and Campus 6.3 office buildings by S IMMO. He returned to CBRE at the end of 2018, leaving the NEPI Rockcastle investment fund, which at that time was in the process of selling its office portfolio to AFI Europe.
