CTP continues the development of its portfolio in Romania with a new industrial park in Arad. CTPark Arad West will have a total area of approximately 100,000 sqm. The CTP company entered the Arad market in 2015 and also owns the CTPark Arad and CTPark Arad North industrial parks, which total almost 60,000 sqm. The total investment in the new project is estimated at around EUR 80 million.
