CTP’s entire Hungarian portfolio is now BREEAM certified. The Czech developer recently completed the In-Use certification process, securing BREEAM Excellent certificates for four of its new industrial projects in Hungary. The 9,139 sqm GYR1 building, part of CTPark Arrabona in Gyor, was awarded with the highest BREEAM Excellent score in the country. The developer’s Hungarian portfolio portfolio includes a total of 19 properties. “The biggest challenge for us during the project was to collect and select the huge amount of data, but thanks to the persistent work of my colleagues and partners, we have successfully completed these tasks. Special attention was paid to our 14 properties, which are largely multi-tenant, where we had to ensure compliance with each requirement in a tenant-specific manner. In addition to the above, mechanical and infrastructural modifications were necessary in order for the buildings to meet the conditions required for a rating of Very Good, which was a minimum expectation on our part,” said Tibor Moritz, head of property management at CTP Hungary.
