CTP Invest sold an office project planned for Prague 13-Nové Butovice to LiveSport. The lawyers Balcar, Polanský a spol. co-advised LiveSport on the acquisition. Mašek, Kočí, Aujezdský were also involved in the legal proceedings. The project has valid zoning and construction permits, meaning that work can get underway shortly. The permits allow for building 18,000 sqm of office on the site, where the developer Avestus originally planned to build a second phase of its Explora office complex. At the end of last year, however, the Irish developer sold the site with the project to CTP. LiveSport is buying the property to use as its headquarters after it’s completed.
