CTP has succeeded to sign lease deals totalling 10,677 sqm and future deals totalling 83,500 sqm across its portfolio of logistic and industrial warehouses in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania in July. The most recent lease agreements signed by the developer include the wholesaler Menlo in CTPark Brno. ILC and Linde leased space in CTPark Plzeň while Český Kaparol extended an existing lease and took new space at CTPark Ostrava.
