CTP, a leading real estate developer in the Czech Republic and the a top employer in the real estate sector for 2022, has a new CFO as of July. Ivana Ficzová, who won the “Talent of the Year” title in the 2016 CFO of the Year poll, will be in charge of the strategic management of CTP’s finances in the Czech Republic in her new role.
For 15 years Ivana Ficzová has been working in senior financial positions, mainly focusing on the real estate sector. She joins CTP from the construction and logistics property management sector, where she was Regional Finance Director for many years. In her most recent position, she was involved in many of the largest real estate transactions in the Czech Republic. She also gained valuable work experience in consulting and real estate com-panies where she managed the finance department.
