CTP bought the Bucharest West logistics park from Portland Trust. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. The project is located along the A1 highway, 14 km from the center of Bucharest. Developed in several phases, Bucharest West offers more than 130,000 sqm of space. Tenants include DSV, Iron Mountain, BUNZL and IKEA.
CTP recently also acquired ProLogis Park Bucharest A1 as well as the Cefin Arad industrial park (90,000 sqm), CTPark Bucharest West (100,000 sqm) and Deva Logistics Park (42,000 sqm).
