Developer CTP signed a contract with Makro Cash & Carry ČR to lease 53,000 sqm of storage and office space at CTPark Prague North, located along D8 motorway. JLL brokered the deal. The investment is expected to total €35m. The new automatized distribution center should open in Q1 2018 and will service Makro stores as well as its customers. The new center will allow Makro to expand its delivery service and innovate its logistic network. The deal with Makro is CTP’s largest transaction in Prague. The developer has also offered to set up shuttle buses between Prague-Letňany and Kladno, Roztoky and Litoměřice to make hiring easier for Makro.
