CTP is planning to expand its Romanian portfolio by at least 300,000 sqm this year. The developer will focus on its logistic parks located in the vicinity of Bucharest, with the goal of boosting the total supply at the three locations to 680,000 sqm by the end of 2018. CTP is also is planning to deliver nearly 70,000 sqm of GLA at its logistics parks in the regional cities of Cluj-Napoca, Pitesti and Timisoara this year. CTP also expanded its international portfolio, from 4.1 million sqm of A-Class properties, to 4.5 million sqm, situated in more than 80 strategic locations.
