CTP will open Courtyard by Marriott in Brno this fall. The hotel, part of CTP’s Spielberk Office Center in the city center, will offer 201 rooms across 15 floors. The property also includes a rooftop suite, a restaurant with a bar for 150 people and 10 meeting rooms with access to an outdoor terrace. The main 360 sqm conference hall will have the capacity of 400. CTP recently opened an office complex for technology giant IBM at its nearby Ponávka business park.
