CTP welcomes Golden Fish to CTPark Bucharest North

21 September 2021

CTP, a developer and manager of Class-A and industrial spaces in Romania, welcomes the Romanian company Golden Fish and its product brand “Micul Fermier” to its new 14,500 sqm facility at CTPark Bucharest North.

Golden Fish is a private company with 100% Romanian capital that sells equipment, spare parts and
consumables with a vast portfolio of tools for home, farm, garden and orchard under the umbrella of its own
brands: Micul Fermier, Detoolz, Almaz and Micul Pădurar. The company’s continued rapid growth and plans
for expansion called for new facilities, including office and storage space. Golden Fish initially signed on for a
10,500 sqm unit but quickly expanded its footprint to 14,500 sqm based on the quality of the premium building
and CTPark Bucharest’s strategic location and easy access to the main motorway network.

Ana Dumitrache, Country Manager for CTP in Romania, comments: “We believe that CTP is the perfect partner
for companies such as Golden Fish, which are marked by an entrepreneurial spirit and which are booming,
because we offer them flexibility and immediate solutions: additional space is always available; the
organisation of offices and warehouses according to their own workflows; a free height of 12 metres and low
utility consumption—all these are arguments that make CTP Romania a reliable partner for Golden Fish and
the brands in its portfolio. Another important aspect for both us and for the client was the working
environment: a modern park, full with green spaces and relaxation and break areas. This is just the beginning
of our long-term collaboration, and we are ready to assist Golden Fish with the implementation of their
strategy.”

“We found at CTPark Bucharest a park that has, in addition to all the necessary facilities, many green spaces
and carefully designed areas to offer everyone a pleasant working environment. The site is easily accessible
both for logistics operations and for our company’s over 120 employees, which is a major advantage for us,
and we are excited that starting this week we will begin operating from our new offices and warehouses,”
explains Gabriel Păstrăv, General Manager of Golden Fish.

CTPark Bucharest North was developed following an investment of over EUR 65 million and represents one of
CTP’s premium locations in Romania. Located in Ștefănești-Ilfov, the complex has easy access to the main connecting roads such as the A3 and DN2 as well as to Bucharest and provides tenants with flexible medium-
and long-term rental options. Other CTPark Bucharest tenants include DSV Group, Rohlik and Boutique Mall.
