CTR Group has already sold 90 percent of the flats it’s building in the center of Košice. Rezidencia při radnici broke ground last year, and the developer, VSH Development, hopes to be able to secure a use permit next year. The sales have been now launched on an additional 118 flats the investor, CTR Group, had originally planned to keep and use as rental units. Of the 272 units put on sale a year and half ago, 250 have sold. The flats range from 26.5 sqm to 117 sqm. Prices start at €52,900 for one-room units to €94,900 for two rooms and €144,900 for three rooms, representing a cost of €1,600 to €2,100 per sqm.
