The Czech developer CTR Group has revealed its plans to build Business Center Košice III, a mixed used complex next to the Steel Arena sport stadium in Košice. The project should replace an existing building between Štúrova and Žižkova streets that CTR plans to tear down. The €28m Business Center III should go up opposite the project’s first two office buildings. It will offer 38,000 sqm of usable space with 3,200 sqm of retail on the ground floor, 4,200 sqm of office, a hotel and 140 flats. CTR hopes to be able to start construction in 2017, with completion scheduled for 2019.
