REIT CubeSmart bought a self-storage facility west of Boynton Beach for $10.5 million. Located at 7960 Venture Center Way, the 73,848-square-foot self-storage facility was built on a 4.85-acre site in 2007. The center is on the east side of the Florida Turnpike, just south of Boynton Beach Boulevard. This marks the sixth property in Palm Beach County that CubeSmart acquired since the beginning of 2014.
