Trading for $10,250 per storage space the 400 unit facility is located at 95 Industrial Rd, Cumberland, RI. Storage Pros currently owns 48 properties and manages a total of 54, all within the states of Massachusetts, Michigan, Florida, and Tennessee. In all, the portfolio spans more than 3.2 million sqf of self-storage space in 25,967 units with an additional 2,180 outdoor parking spaces for rent. The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented both the buyer as well as the vendor, Summit RES, in the transaction.
