Cummings Properties has announced that Mike Farrell has been promoted to leasing director for the company’s Cummings Center campus and its Dunham Ridge campus in Beverly. A senior account manager for many years, Farrell will now focus on new business development. Farrell started at the Woburn-based commercial real estate firm as a property manager in 1997. During his almost 20-year career with Cummings, he has participated in more than 1,200 lease transactions across its 10 million-square-foot portfolio.
āMike was an integral part of the transformation of The Shoe and is an integral part of what we do today,ā said Cummings Properties vice president and general manager of Cummings Center Steve Drohosky. āHe is a North Shore native who knows our properties well and has many contacts. This is a great opportunity for him, and it allows us to expand our sales efforts.”
