Current Builders have broken ground on an industrial warehouse project in Coral Springs, Florida. The scheme, Sawgrass Bend Commerce Center Building C, will encompass a 215,000 square foot building developed by Exeter Property Group. Located at the bend of the Sawgrass Expressway between Wiles Road and Sample Road, the project will feature a tilt wall panel warehouse, above ground improvements with paving, landscaping, irrigation with underground water, sewer, drainage and civil improvements. The construction is expected to be completed in ten months time. “We are honored to be working on our first assignment with Exeter Property Group,” said Michael Taylor, President of Current Builders, which has delivered over 15 million square feet of related industrial warehouse projects
