Miroslav Mendl, head of human resources for Central and Eastern Europe at Cushman & Wakefield, was promoted to partner, while Laurent Jechoux from the company’s industrial team was promoted to associate. Associate is the first step towards becoming partner at the company. Mendl joined C&W as the Head of the HR Department for the Czech Republic and Slovakia in 2012 from Hilti CZ. In his current position, he is in charge of all personnel processes across the CEE region, including recruitment, career growth and HR planning. Jechoux has been a member of the industrial team since 2010. He is in charge of coordinating projects that come from abroad, while helping companies find solutions to their new logistics plans. He has been focusing primarily on Central Europe.
