Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager for Gr贸jecka Offices, underway in Warsaw鈥檚 Ochota district. Located on Gr贸jecka street, the project will feature 7,400 sqm of class A office space and is set for completion this spring. It is currently 50 percent leased. Tenants include Panek S.A., Karmar S.A., Zdrofit and Nowakowski Gor膮co Polecam. Advanced discussions with more tenants are underway.
