Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of Prosta Tower in Warsaw. The property management agreement was signed in December 2016. Prosta Tower is a 19-floor, class-A office building offering 6,000 sqm of space. It is located in the city’s business district, near the Daszyńskiego Roundabout. The investment was delivered in 2011. A special open-ended real estate fund managed by Credit Suisse Real Estate Investment Management Germany is the owner of the scheme.
