Jan Kratochvíl has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Agency Team as an associate in charge of tenant representations. He’s been active in the commercial real estate sector for more than 18 years. Among his previous positions, where he focused primarily on office space leasing, he was Head of Office Agency at Knight Frank and served as associate director at CBRE. His most recent post was at the helm of the commercial real estate section of Cimex Invest. He was in charge of the leasing of the City West B1 building in Prague 5 and took part in its sale. Kratochvíl has also worked with clients such as Hewlett Packard, Komerční banka, Deutsche Börse/Clearstream, Cetelem and others. He graduated from the Faculty of Education of the University of Hradec Králové.
