Cushman & Wakefield was selected as the property manager of the first phase of the Green Horizon project by Skanska Group. The office complex now underway at Pomorska Street in Łódź, near the Solidarnosci roundabout should provide 33,000 sqm of new offices to the city. The complex is made up of two buildings, the first of which is 19,000 sqm. It’s scheduled to be introduced to the market in the fourth quarter of 2012. There’s also 395 underground parking places planned the underground parking garage of the seven-storey project, along with 2,500 sqm of retail space.
