Cushman & Wakefield has entered the Croatian market after expanding its collaboration with CBS International. The company already operates in several other countries in the region through exclusive partnerships, including Serbia, North Macedonia and Montenegro. Predrag Tutić, director of Cushman & Wakefield CBS International for Croatia, said Croatia has seen significant real estate investments in recent years, driving by rising consumption, economic growth and tourism development. C&W employs 51,000 people in more than 70 countries.
