Cushman & Wakefield has tempted a nine member private capital commercial real estate team away from competitor CBRE. The group consists of Executive Director Scott O’Donnell and Senior Director Dominic Montazemi, Senior Director Jason Hochman, Director Miguel Alcivar, Senior Associate Greg Miller, Associate Michael Mandel, Senior Financial Analyst Steve Okon, Financial Analyst James Crowley and Brokerage Coordinator Heidi Peckhaus. The team closed 72 transactions exceeding $413 million in sales over the past three years.
“We were recruited by a few firms and identified Cushman & Wakefield as being such a strong firm, especially in light of the change in leadership, with Brett White named CEO in September,” O’Donnell said. “I watched him transform CB Commercial into the CBRE that is known today…He wants Cushman & Wakefield to be a top brokerage firm in every market we are in nationally.”
