Katarzyna Bartos-PoĆska, MichaĆ Jaraczewski, Daniel Kempa, MichaĆ KuliĆski and Jan Targowski have been promoted to associates at Cushman & Wakefield.
As an associate with the valuation and advisory team, Bartos-PoĆska is responsible for the valuations of properties from multiple sectors. She has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 as a property valuer and was later promoted to senior property valuer. She previously worked for Ernst & Young Real Estate Advisory.
MichaĆ Jaraczewski was promoted to associate with the project and development services department, acting as a project leader for Cushman & Wakefieldâs key accounts and focusing on business development and managing part of his team. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012. He was previously responsible for comprehensive construction and fit-out project management in many offices across Poland and the EMEA region, including Yerevan, Budapest and Rabat. His key clients include KMD, Siemens, Kingfisher, Oracle, Workday, Sony and Citibank.
As an associate with the industrial and logistics agency, Daniel Kempa delivers integrated leasing, renegotiation and relocation strategy advisory services. He is responsible for warehouse and industrial space leasing and fostering relations with developers, property owners and investors. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in December. Kempa will maintain oversight of projects in southern Poland, including in KrakĂłw, RzeszĂłw and Upper Silesia. He has more than 10 years of real estate experience, having worked with Home Broker, Czerwona Torebka, Pinnacle Poland, JLL and Savills. He is a licenced real estate broker and property manager. His clients include Alfa Elektro, Droma, Galicja Tomaszek, Grem, Maco, Mid Ocean Brands, Nowa S.A., NVH Poland and Van Pur.
MichaĆ KuliĆski was promoted to associate in the valuation and advisory team. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2009 having won the âInternship Winnerâ program. Initially, he had been a hospitality, residential and industrial market analyst, and later joined the valuation and advisory team as a property valuer delivering commercial real estate valuations for Polish and overseas clients.
As an associate with the global technology solutions team, Jan Targowski is responsible for the implementation of a global model of deliveries to the Yardi CoE team. He joined Cushman & Wakefield as a business analyst in 2018. He was responsible for the business aspects of the roll-out of the ERP-Yardi system. He had previously worked for BNP Paribas Securities Services as a transition project manager and for Deloitte Poland as a senior consultant.
