Cushman & Wakefield has appointed three new partners in its Prague office. They are Josef Krautman from the Office Agency Team, Michal Naskos from the Valuation and Advisory Team and David Nath from the Hospitality Team. Josef Krautman, Partner and Head of Tenant Representation Services in the Office Agency Team, has been working at Cushman & Wakefield for four years and has more than 12 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate. Josef works with several major clients such as Anheuser Busch, Huawei and Atlas Copco.
Michal Naskos, Partner at the Valuation and Advisory Team, has been active in the field for 17 years and is one of the most experienced international valuers on the Czech market. He values real estate properties as part of large retail structures as well as in the office and industrial sectors.
David Nath, Partner and Head of Hospitality, CEE joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014. He, too, has more than 17 years’ worth of experience in the field and leads a team of experts and consultants focusing on hospitality investments, hotel valuation, operator selection and advisory on hotel development. In the CEE region, David has participated in investment transactions involving several hotels including the Vienna House Easy Chopin Hotel Prague, Parkhotel Prague, and others.
