Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Kate Spencer, MAI to Managing Director and Practice Leader for Valuation & Advisory’s Self Storage Practice Group. Spencer has been a real estate appraiser for Cushman & Wakefield since her graduation from The Wharton School in 2004. Spencer has specialized in the valuation of self storage properties, having been involved in over 700 facilities throughout her career. “With Kate at the helm, we are enthusiastic about increasing our capabilities in Self Storage,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Executive Managing Director Nicole Urquhart-Bradley, national head of Valuation & Advisory. “This change in leadership allows us to continue to expand our platform to better serve our clients.”
