Triarch Capital Group has tapped Cushman & Wakefield to lease The Forum office building complex in Palm Beach County. The property encompasses two 10-story office buildings totaling 185,650 square feet at 1655 (Forum I) and 1665 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard (Forum II) in West Palm Beach. Currently 93 percent leased, the facility features an on-site café, on-site property management and four covered parking spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet. The Forum’s owner is planning significant capital improvements, including updated suites and improvements to the parking and common areas. Triarch Capital Group paid $22.5 million for the asset earlier this month.
“The Forum represents a tremendous opportunity for office users to locate their operations at one of Palm Beach County’s most dynamic locations,” said Anthony Librizzi, Cushman & Wakefield. “The Forum’s central location, visibility and ease of access from Interstate 95 are ideal for tenants looking to capitalize on all that West Palm Beach has to offer.”
