Cushman & Wakefield has announced that Senior Managing Director Paul Carr has joined the firm’s Tampa-based senior housing team. Prior to the move, Carr was a member of the company’s Capital Markets Group in Tampa where he was responsible for representing private, institutional and corporate clients in the acquisition, disposition and analysis of investment properties throughout Florida. He previously served in a similar role with DTZ and Cassidy Turley. Carr graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
