Cushman & Wakefield has partnered with Luma Architekci to design a new functional and engaging workspace for its Warsaw office space at Metropolitan. Before starting the project, Cushman & Wakefield’s in-house workplace strategy team conducted interviews with the company’s executives and managers, followed by an in-depth analysis of office space efficiency. “The new design elements, layout and furniture ensures our people can easily collaborate across service lines, sharing ideas and experiences, whilst promoting flexibility in working styles and aiding a healthy work-life balance,” said Charles Taylor, head of Cushman & Wakefield Poland.
