Cushman & Wakefield has been selected property manager of Horizon Plaza located at Domaniewska Street in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. In addition, the company will handle project commercialization services for the building’s owner. The property offers 38,000 sqm of Class A office space and flexible arrangement options in addition to retail space. Horizon Plaza was awarded with a BREAM certificate with a Very Good rating. The owner of Horizon Plaza is a real estate fund managed by Union Investment.
