Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of Zabłocie Business Park located in Krakow’s Podgórze district. The property will comprise five modern seven-floor Class A office buildings when completed. The first phase, a 11,300 sqm building, was delivered in April 2017. The scheme is owned by IMS Budownictwo, a local residential developer, and is being developed in cooperation with Technobud, which has a strong record in office building construction. “We appointed Cushman & Wakefield as property manager of our first office scheme on account of its vast experience in management of Class A office buildings,” said Bartłomiej Rak, Investment Director at IMS Budownictwo.
