Principal Real Estate Investors has tapped Cushman & Wakefield to lease its 790,349 sqf Baltimore area industrial portfolio. The portfolio includes 7801 Dorsey Run Road and 8235 Patuxent Range Road, two first-generation, Class A buildings with 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler system and trailer storage built in 2015 and 2014, respectively. The third property, 10000 Franklin Square Drive, is located within close proximity to the Port of Baltimore in White Marsh, MD.
