10 September 2020

M7 Real Estate has directed Cushman & Wakefield to take over the management of Hamburk Business Center, an office building in Pilsen. The building offers 7,000 sqm of office space along with 358 sqm of retail and offers tenants 96 parking places. The building’s rooftop terrace offers excellent views of the city, including of Pilsen’s most famous brewery. M7 is the asset manager of the property. Its country manager Dana Bednarova says the Cushman & Wakefield has been working for them at Oregon House for several years as well as on the Industrial Park Invacice. She said it was on that basis that she recommended that the owner of Hamburk Business Center cooperate with the C&W team. Lenka Vodrazkova of Cushman & Wakefield says the building was a good addition to the company’s portfolio of 27 office complexes that it manages, including two in the city of Pilsen.
