Cushman & Wakefield has been named property manager of Pegaz, an office complex in Wrocław. The owner of the scheme is Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate. Located close to the junction of Grabska and Kazimierza Wielkiego streets, Pegaz features two six-floor office buildings offering a total of 20,950 sqm of leasable class A space as well as parking for 370 vehicles. The investment was designed by Autorska Pracownia Architektury Hubka in Wrocław.
