Building amenities include an on-site café, conference facility, 24/7 security and a 660-space parking facility with Level 2 electric vehicle charging stations.
The property is adjacent to a full-service Marriott. The 97 percent leased complex is anchored by Microsoft’s Latin American headquarters and includes tenants such as Regus, Sprint, MSC Cruises and Southern Auto Finance Company. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Stockbridge Capital Group.
