Czarnecki to develop offices near PZU’s Wrocław HQ

15 February 2016

Yet another office building is to go up on Komandorska street in the city of Wrocław, near the headquarters of Poland’s top insurer PZU. The local media is reporting that the Polish businessman Leszek Czarnecki, owner of the development company LC Corp, recently revised his plans for the plot. It had been thought that a hotel would be built on the site until this news broke. Czarnecki expects to have the project completed in the fourth quarter of the year and has entrusted JLL to handle the leasing process. PZU is a co-investor in the 38,000 sqm project.

Czernecki took over the Komandorska plot a year ago from the troubled Irish investors McCarthy Harte, whose plans involved a four-star Hilton hotel, together with office and housing components.
