When Martin Rezanina joined the company Realism in the summer of 2019, his role was to lead its development department and spearhead new projects. He’s now been made a partner at the company. “The effectiveness of of work by the project team has risen under his leadership and he’s contributed a great deal to the development of the entire company,” said Realism’s owner Martin Hubinger. Rezanina will be now be taking part in the overall strategy and identity of the group he added. “I expect his influence on all of the important decisions we’ll be having to make.” Rezanina worked for more than 10 years at Unibail-Rodamco, where he was responsible for the expansion and renovation of Centrum Cerny Most and Centrum Chodov. More recently he worked on two development projects in the Czech Republic for HB Reavis.
